    Ground wire glass insulators are usually composed of three parts: glass components, steel caps and steel feet. The glass parts provide insulation, while the steel caps and steel feet are used for connection and fixation. The three are firmly connected by cement adhesive.

    Its working principle is based on the electrical insulation performance and mechanical strength of glass. On the one hand, the glass part has a high volume resistivity and a stable dielectric constant, which can effectively isolate the ground wire from the grounding component and prevent current leakage. After self-breaking, the fragments still adhere to the iron cap, forming a "honeycomb" structure, maintaining mechanical connection and preventing the ground wire from falling off.
