Product Introduction
The piercing wire clamp is a dedicated insulating hardware for power line branching and connection. The core achieves conductor connection through the piercing blade penetrating the insulating layer, without the need to strip the wire or cut off the main line. It is suitable for overhead insulated lines ranging from 1kV to 35kV and low-voltage distribution systems, supports copper-aluminum transition, connection of conductors of the same or different diameters, can be installed live, and comes with a built-in sealed and moisture-proof structure. It is suitable for scenarios such as power distribution renovation, building power distribution, and street lamp lines.

Mechanical performance: After the torque nut is loosened, the wire clamp is not damaged, and the connection is reliable under the wire breaking force.
Temperature rise: Under normal load, the temperature rise of the wire clamp is ≤ that of the conductor of the same specification.
Protection grade: IP68 (Underwater insulation withstand voltage: 1kV class ≥6kV, 10kV class ≥15kV).
Service life: ≥20 years under normal working conditions, with strong weather resistance.
Precautions
Do not over-section fit to avoid poor contact or damage to the wire.
Live-line work must be carried out with insulated tools and protective equipment, and safety regulations must be strictly followed.
The wire clamp is a disposable product. After disassembly, due to the deformation of the blade, it cannot be reused.
For damp or coastal scenarios, it is preferred to choose models with dual seals to enhance anti-corrosion capabilities.
