Product Introduction
The NLL bolt-type tension clamp is a core hardware for overhead power lines. It is a bolt-fastened aluminum alloy tension clamp. The core is used to fix overhead conductors/ground wires to tension poles, terminal poles or corner poles, bear the tension of the conductors and transfer it to the poles and towers. It is suitable for 10kV and below distribution lines. In scenarios with insulated conductors, it needs to be used with an insulating cover.

Fasteners: U-bolts (hot-dip galvanized steel for anti-corrosion), closed pins (stainless steel).
Insulating accessories: Insulating shield (compatible with insulating wires), strong weather resistance, and serves an insulating protective function.

Core components (clamping body/pressure plate) : High-strength aluminum alloy, no hysteresis loss, energy-saving and consumption-reducing.
